This is an add-on TTL-to-RS232 module board for  the Mini6410 and Tiny6410 Samsung S3C6410 development systems.

It features a Wavecom Q2403A GPRS modem supporting 900/1800MHz, and provides output through an RS232 Serial interface. The TTL-to-RS232 Module can be used to create an interface from this GPRS module to the development system. The picture to the right shows the modem connected to a TTL-RS232 module for illustration purposes. That interface module is sold separately
